TSI Test this Friday, March 2

Students - this is a reminder for all new dual credit students that TSI testing will be given this Friday, March 2 beginning at 9:00. Please make sure you have completed the Pre-Assessment Activity prior to Thursday afternoon so you can be registered for the test.

CVHS students providing ceramic bowls for the Empty Bowls, Jr. Fundraiser

The Brazos Valley Food Bank and the Brazos Valley Arts Council will host their annual Empty Bowls fundraiser this Saturday, March 3, from 11:00 - 1:30 pm at Allen Honda. Ceramic bowls created by art students across the Brazos Valley will be for sale for $10. Restaurants and organizations from around the valley will provide tasty soups that will be available with purchase of a bowl. Come out and support an awesome cause!

CVHS Hosting Blood Drive on February 13!

If you would like to help save a life and help CVHS earn some rewards, please sign up to be a blood donor at our drive on Tuesday, February 13. To be a donor, you must be 16 years of age and weigh at least 122 lbs. If you are 16 years old, you must have parental consent. All successful donors will receive a free t-shirt! Please bring your ID when you come. Walk ins are welcome, but if possible, please sign up at the link.

Order your CVHS Senior Ring!

A rep for Herff Jones will be at the school Wednesday, February 7, at 2:00 pm to take orders for CVHS Senior Class rings. Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to order the first ever CVHS Senior Ring!! All that is needed to order is a deposit of $60.00. Brochures may be found in the front office. Other items will also be available for order. We encourage parents to come visit with the rep.

The Confucius Institute at Texas A&M University is offering a 2018 Discovering China Program to introduce high school students to Chinese history, society, language and culture. Parent Meeting for Dual Credit to be held Thursday, February 22nd!

Blinn College representatives will be at College View High School to explain the dual credit program and answer any questions from parents or students interested in taking dual credit courses for next school year. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the College View High School Den. Applications for Dual Credit will be available at the meeting.
